Watch the signs. Copy them back. Don't get the letters.

Watch a sequence β€” don't move yet β€” then copy the whole thing in order, as fast as you can. Get a sign wrong (or the order wrong) and you earn a letter. Spell N-I-N-J-A and you're out.

First time? Calibrate: hold each sign up to your camera 3 times so the game learns your hands. No video ever leaves your device.

Sign guide

Drag the hand to spin it. Tap a finger name to light it up. Level 2 poses follow the Sharpss definitions (see README) β€” they are teaching approximations, check them against the Narutopedia seal images.

Teach the signs

Hold each sign steady in front of your camera. The game takes 3 captures per sign β€” lower your hand between captures. 3/3 unlocks the sign.

    Level 2 β€” Training Ground

Practice only. Level 2 recognition isn't reliable yet β€” the camera often can't see two interlocked hands, and the guides disagree on some signs. Practice here; scored play unlocks after verified data collection.

Pick a sign, hold it up, and the game tells you what it sees. This is for learning the shapes β€” the scoreboard stays closed until the recognizer earns it.

    Camera starting…

Tip: hold both hands in frame, fingers clear of each other where the sign allows. Interlocked signs (Tiger, Dog, Ram, Boar) are the hardest for the camera to see β€” if it can't see two hands, it can't guess.

Calibrating a sign first (Teach the signs) makes the feedback sharper β€” it learns your hands.
